1. Who We Are

Texavio — a product from Antier Solutions FZCO (“Texavio”, “we”, “us”) is a B2B SaaS company providing wallet infrastructure software — APIs, SDKs, and MPC key management — to businesses including exchanges, banks, and fintech companies.

In relation to our clients' business contact data (such as names and email addresses of client employees), Texavio acts as a data controller. In relation to any end-user data that our clients process through our platform, Texavio acts as a data processoracting on the client's instructions.

2. What Data We Collect

  • Business contact information: Names, email addresses, company names, and job titles from client employees and prospective clients who contact us.
  • Technical and usage data: API request logs, request metadata, error traces, and system diagnostics generated during service operation. This data is used solely for operating, securing, and improving the platform.
  • No consumer financial data: Texavio does not directly collect, store, or process end-user financial data or cryptocurrency private keys. Our MPC architecture ensures no complete private key is ever held on Texavio infrastructure.

3. How We Use Data

  • Service delivery: Provisioning and operating the wallet infrastructure platform for our clients.
  • Security monitoring: Detecting and responding to anomalous activity, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Product improvement: Analysing aggregated and anonymised usage patterns to improve reliability and add features.
  • Legal compliance: Meeting our obligations under applicable laws and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

  • Sub-processors: Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS, GCP) and analytics tooling providers. A full sub-processor list is available on request at legal@texavio.com.
  • Legal authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory request, and only to the minimum extent necessary.

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations.
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

  • Technical logs: Retained on a 90-day rolling basis.
  • Encrypted backups: Retained for up to 1 year, after which they are securely destroyed.
